Millimeter Wave Communication Studies.

Abstract

A comprehensive review of different types of millimeter wave components was made. Different types of RF power sources are discussed and compared in detail. The design of a 15 GHz transmitter and receiver is covered. A detailed description of an in-house designed and fabricated DPSK modulator is presented. Finally, 5 km line-of-sight test results are given. (Author)
