The Viscous Interaction of Incompressible Separated Flows (Revised Edition).

Abstract

A mathematical model for the calculation of the viscous interaction of incompressible flows is derived. The particular application discussed is for two-dimensional, incompressible flows over a back step. Use is made of conformal mapping and free-streamline theory in conjunction with a reattachment analysis previously derived for supersonic flows. (Author)
