Bioelectrical Correlates of Operative Adjustment,

Abstract

The research task was the clarification of the following questions: Does operative adjustment manifest itself in the characteristics of the induced potentials and in which ones specifically; is operative adjustment reduced solely to the nonspecific creation of a definite level of activation in correspondence to the expected activity, or does one observe selective displacements in the individual functional systems; which displacements are linked with the forthcoming activity and which assure their best execution with the minimal activation. Research methodology and results are discussed.
