FRG (Federal Republic of Germany) and Japanese Cement Mixer Vehicles,
Abstract
The article discusses various types of cement mixer vehicles manufactured in the Federal Republic of Germany and in Japan. Particular attention is paid to mixing drum drive mechanisms. Vehicles using power by separate engine and by vehicle engine are discussed as are separate methods of using power take-off from the vehicle engine. The article includes tables of technical characteristics for several vehicles.
