Abstract

This is the second report covering evaluation of individual components of the standard U.S.N. mixed-gas scuba. A modified gas regulator with drilled orifice is tested and found to meet specifications. The breathing bag adjustable relief valve is tested and found to meet specifications with minor modification. The mouthpiece, check valve and breathing tubes are tested for resistance drop and found to be satisfactory. (Modified author abstract)
