Some Regularities in Formation of the Respiratory Function of Cultured Neural Tissue,

Abstract

The present work presents results of research on the mechanism of respiration at rest and during functional load in different types of neural tissue during prolonged culturing of them. The rhythm of respiration in tissue cultures of different types of neural tissue was studied and the correlation between the oxidative-restorative properties of the nutritive medium and the intensity of respiration of neural cells at rest and under a functional load was established.
