Research in the Properties of Thin Film Thermal Components,

Abstract

In mircominiaturized electronic circuits, one of the most important problems is getting rid of heat which considerably limits the density of the circuitry. Thus the necessity of thermal control and the problem of finding a thermal control component appropriate for the object being cooled. The problem can be solved by using a film of thermal elements consisting of branches of very thin film with the largest possible temperature fall from the cold to the hot juncture.
