Abstract
This volume gives the general composition, uses, technical specifications, test methods and packaging, labeling, shipping and storage instructions for cellulose ester base varnishes, enamels, paints, primers and undercoats; varnishes, paints and other materials for art work; pigments; semi-finished varnishes and resins; various materials such as penetrating liquids, glues, casting compounds, anti-noise mastic, inhibitors and sealers; accelerators, hardeners, thinners, solvents, removers, and polishing compounds. The volume also gives specifications for color standards and test methods for determination of coverage, thickness, adhesion, heat resistance, external appearance of varnishes, solvents and removers.
