Computation of Nu-Splines.

Abstract

The report contains the description and subprograms for the generation of mu-splines. These planar interpolants, which are piecewise polynomials, serve as alternatives to the parametric splines in tension, which are piecewise functions of the form a + bt + c.sinh(alpha t) + d.cosh(alpha t).
