Transient Populations of Excited States of N2 Under Pulsed Discharge Conditions.

Abstract

The transient populations of three singlet and seven triplet excited electronic states of N2 are examined theoretically for pulsed discharge conditions. The singlet N2 laser processes are interpreted, and the possibility of new laser lines examined. (Author)
