Abstract

The problems and opportunities in the NDE of composites are covered in formal papers and a summary of the discussion which took place at a Workshop held in Dayton on February 13- 14, 1974. The recommendations arrived at by an NMAB committee, on flaw de-tection, composite strength, standardization and design informa-tion, and research on composite degradation are stated. (Author-PL)
