A Non-Linear Lens for Bandwidth Reduction in Military TV System Applications.

Abstract

Laboratory evaluation of a prototype non-linear lens indicates that the image quality (primarily resolution) are comparable to that expected from the design data. The lens exhibits angular resolution capability which is better than that obtained from the eye acuity function. (Author)
