Organizational Climate: Individual Preferences and Organizational Realities Revisited.
Abstract
The fit of 194 new agents' life insurance agency climate expectations and preferences to the climate realities of the 125 agencies they joined was correlated with new agent success in tenure and sales one year after hire. The results are discussed. (Modified author abstract)
