Bay of Biscay Coherence Study using Large Aperture Seismic Array

Abstract

The report covers computer processing and analysis of acoustic data obtained with a long aperture seismic receiving array and a mono frequency acoustic source in the Bay of Biscay. Twelve sets of 'signal plus noise' and 'noise only' acoustic data obtained at four source-receiver separation distances were processed to evaluate array performance.
