Intensification of Convective Heat Exchange under the Effect of Artificial Roughness,
Abstract
A physical model of the phenomenon of intensification of heat exchange under the effect of two-dimensional artificial roughness is proposed and conclusions about the basic characteristics of this phenomenon are drawn on the basis of the corresponding analysis. A technique for experimental study of the phenomenon is outlined, the experimental set-up is described and the test data as well as the results of their processing are given.
