Workshop in Intercultural Communication: Handbook for Instructors

Abstract

The objective of the workshop is to improve the participants' skill in intercultural communication by increasing their ability to recognize cultural influences in their own thinking. This handbook includes detailed instructions for administering the workshop, provides a guide to the scripts of the videotaped dialogues used in the workshop exercise, and describes methods for evaluating the workshop. Data obtained during an initial evaluation are included.
