Abstract
The report summarizes the work and progress under the contract. During this period the following technical reports were prepared: Experiments in communication networks; Systems analysis in military communication networks; Selecting a process monitor schedule with multiple resource constraints; Trade-offs between local and remote computing; and, Computer network usage - cost/benefit analysis.
