Abstract
The report was prepared to satisfy a use for a working document to be used in guiding the new installations of equipment for NORAD. The thrust of the report is to use some simplified models in a practical manner to analyze existing problem areas. Detailed treatment and background information on grounding, bonding, and shielding is included to make the document a complete reference source. (Author)
