Production Engineering Measure for High Current, Fast-Switching Transistors.
Abstract
The second set of engineering samples was approved. It was decided to fabricate the First Article Samples in both the JEDEC TO-36 and TO-115 packages because of the desirability of both the single and double-ended versions of this device for circuits applications. The SCS-450-A, showing the electrical and physical parameters of both versions of the subject transistors, is shown as is the first article testing procedure. Permission to start fabrication of the First Article Samples was obtained and actual device fabrication was begun. (Author)
