METRRA/FOLPES Signal Processor and Scan Converter

Abstract

The objective of the effort was to design, develop, and fabricate hardware capable of processing coherent radar Metallic Reradiation Apparatus signals and displaying the resulting images on a standard color television monitor. The hardware is of a prototype nature and is usable under the Foliage Penetration System detection concept.
