A Damage Assessment Model for Test and Evaluation of Local Civil Defense Emergency Operating Systems.

Abstract

The paper describes a revision and extension of one component of a large computer-based local civil defense operations model. The model was developed as three discrete but interrelated submodels. The paper is concerned only with the first submodel--a computerized Local Damage Assessment Model (LDAM)--and provides documentation of the revision of the model to make it operable.
