Abstract

The OPERATION HOMECOMING ADP Support documentation consists of three volumes; The Systems Manual, Volume I, The Users Manual, Volume II, and The Final Report, Volume III. This document, The Users Manual, has been prepared to present the user with a detailed description of the data collection, the processing of this data for computer input, the types of reports currently available. It provides samples of the data collection forms used during OPERATION HOMECOMING and instructions for filling them in. This document also provides the user with background on the method used to collect intelligence data on personnel classified as MIA in Southeast Asia.
