Chemical Reactions Studied by Crossed Beam Techniques.
Abstract
Interaction potentials for the H-heavy rare gases, O-Ar and O2-Ar systems have been determined by measuring the total cross section as a function of the energy in the thermal energy range. Information on the potential curves of alkali atom - alkali ion, diatoms have been obtained by measuring the total cross sections as a function of the energy for the inelastic collision between the ion and the atom.
