Abstract

The proceedings of a 1973 Conference held in San Antonio, Texas are documented. The report recommends research topics for consideration by Air Force planners and research leaders. Prioritization of tasks and implementations of programs are responsibilities that cannot be delegated to a planning workshop. The Human Resources Research Plan will be a source of ideas in revising and updating AFSC research planning objectives in the fields that were covered. Excluded from consideration were the areas of human engineering and management, leadership, and organizational development. (Author)
