An Annotated Bibliography of Reports Pertinent to Armed Services Recruitment and Retention.

Abstract

The bibliography consists primarily of reports issued in 1972 and 1973 which focus upon direct and indirect aspects of armed services recruitment and retention, particularly in an all-volunteer environment. It is comprised of 70 reports listed alphabetically, and a listing of abstracts classified by the following categories: (a) Minority Groups and Relations, (b) Aptitudes, (c) Attitudes ane Enlistment Incentives, (d) Testing and Training, (e) Manpower, Recruitment, Motivation and Retention, and (f) Structure and Organizational Change.
