The Isolation and Study of the Allergen from the Plague Microbe,

Abstract

The obtaining of purified allergens and the study of their chemical nature has not only practical value, but also is of theoretical interest for solving the question of the mechanism of allergic reactions. Investigations on the isolation of different fractions of plague microbes, on the study of their chemical composition, and also of their allergic properties by means of a skin test on immunized animals were carried out.
