A Practical Circuit for Hydrogen Clearance Blood Flow Measurement.
Abstract
An electronic circuit which may be used to record tissue hydrogen concentrations with platinum electrodes is described. This circuit provides constant electrode polarization potential for a wide range of electrode currents and also provides a stable, artifact-free output which may be easily connected to standard laboratory oscillographs. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrating the circuit's utility in hydrogen clearance blood flow determinations are presented. (Author)
