Serrated Commutator-Brush Unit,

Abstract

Brush-commutator units of electrical machines of low capacity, whose contact surfaces have a serrated form, ensure a decrease in the axial dimensions of commutators by 1.5-2 times using constant current density at the contact. The sparking and wear of brushes do not exceed the established standards.
