Physics and Technology of Low Temperature Plasma,

Abstract

The book is devoted to the investigation of low-temperature plasma generated in high-frequency induction and arc plasmatrons. The physical and transport properties of low-temperature plasma and questions of its thermodynamics are discussed in detail. An account with comprehensive completeness is given of the optical, thermophysical, and gas-dynamic methods necessary for the investigation of plasma.
