High Acceleration Cockpits for Advanced Fighter Aircraft. Volume III. Test Plan.
Abstract
A high acceleration cockpit design and integration program was conducted, using a full scale design aid. Alternate configurations were compared using this full scale design aid in a formally structured evaluation including mission related task elements. Crew station characteristics were thus related to operator needs in a mission context for advanced fighter concepts. (Author)
