Abstract

The interim technical report documents the detailed system specifications for the Terminal Oriented Support System (TOSS) Exchange Center (TEC) as required under RADC Contract. TEC is a software system design which enables a mini-computer to function as a network communications controller providing facilities to handle the transfer of data among intelligence centers.
