Devices Based on Thermoelectrical Phenomena,
Abstract
The energy fundamentals of thermoelectric generators are presented, for the direct conversion of thermal energy into electrical at high efficiency and to produce cold in refrigeration units. The conditions under which the efficiency of an actual thermoelectric generator will be at a maximum are described. Thermostatting radioelectric devices are also discussed.
