Determination of Atropin Sulfate in Powder and in 0.1% Solution for Injection,

Abstract

Results of experiments in phototurbidimetric titration of atropin sulfate, using phosphotungstic acid as the titrant and 95% ethanol to improve the reproducibility of results, are presented. Results are determined by absorption at 490nm and plotting the titration curves, on which a sharp bend is seen at the end point. Relative error of determination is plus or minus 1.57%. (Author)
