Modeling of Data Management Systems.

Abstract

This effort was initiated to investigate the feasibility of using a particular mathematical modeling technique for describing two data management systems (DMS): Integrated Data Store (IDS) and Data Manager -1 (DM-1). The mathematical modeling system is based on the use of boolean algebraic relational matrix notation which serves to describe a wide variety of proposed data structures.
