Postattack Contingency Plans for Undamaged Areas.

Abstract

The development of contingency plans for undamaged areas in the postattack period after a nuclear attack is the subject of this report. An associated working paper presents a prototype checklist of actions to be performed in response to events under various contingencies. This report presents the rationale and criteria for the contingency plans and gives a synopsis of the plans. (Author)
