Min - Max Deployment Problems.

Abstract

A fundamental problem in mine warfare defense concerns the deployment of countermeasures resources such that shipping losses are minimized. Models and solution techniques are developed for optimal deployment of the scarce countermeasures resources under min-max criteria. (Author)
