Gas Sparger Designed for Glass Spinner Culture Flask. I.
Abstract
The development of a gas sparger to aid in establishing optimum conditions for growing large quantities of mouse fibroblastic cells in deep fluid-suspension culture is described. The gas sparger consists of a network of Teflon gas lines within glass spinner culture flasks. It is repeatedly autoclavable, simple to install, and easy to clean. (Author)
