Hol-Gar Model SP-HF-15, 15-KW, 400-Hertz Engine Generator Set

Abstract

The report covers engineer design testing and evaluation of a 15-kw, 400-Hz, compression-ignition, engine-driven generator set developed and manufactured by Hol-Gar Manufacturing Company, Inc., Primos, Pennsylvania, for use with the Army 30-Inch, Xenon Searchlight. It is concluded that the generator set will be suitable for use with the searchlight.
