Total Research Manpower,

Abstract

A study is made on the total manpower engaged in Soviet scientific work. According to the data, the number of technical, and production workers is on the increase, while there is a decline in the number engaged in theoretical work. As the scientific and technical revolution develops, the ratio of workers engaged in various branches of science must be adjusted, so as to maintain efficiency and good organization.
