Structure of D-Tubocurarine,

Abstract

The structure of the d-Tubocurarine molecule as found to be a mono-quaternary compound capable of some conformational flexibility. The distance N-N varies from 12.5 A in an extended conformation to 7.5-8.0 in with rotation around a horizontal axis.
