Photoelectric Properties of Antimony Sesquiselenide-Bismuth Sesquisulfide Systems,

Abstract

Thin films of a series of alloys of bismuth sesquisulfide and antimony sesquiselenide of varying composition were prepared by evaporating test samples onto a glass substrate in a vacuum. One group of samples was deposited on substrates preheated to various temperatures, another group was deposited on cold substrates and then heat-processed in air. Spectral distribution curves for the photoelectric sensitivity of each group of thin films were plotted.
