Uniform Film Development Results in a Continuous Developing Machine,
Abstract
An analysis is presented of the possible distortion of stable motion picture film development in continuous development machines, using positives containing silver. Calculations were made of the distortion probability of the stable processing as a function of the developer volume. The probability was found to be decreasing as a result of the increasing persistence of the development system.
