Use of Automotive Gasolines

Abstract

The scientific essentials of the use of automotive gasolines in internal combustion spark-ignition engines are presented. The principal correlations in the development of modern engine requirements on the quality of fuels used and methods of upgrading the main operating properties of automotive gasolines are discussed. The monograph contains a generalization of work done by the author and other domestic and foreign workers in recent years. It is intended for engineering technical personnel engaged in the production of automotive gasolines, their storage and transporting, and also in the operation and development of automotive engines.
