The Human Resource Management Survey: An Item Analysis.
Abstract
The items from the Human Resource Management Survey were analyzed for scaling purposes using a non-metric technique, Guttman-Lingoes Smallest Space Analysis. Twenty-four indices emerged which measure facets of organizational behavior and other content areas defined as critical in the Navy Human Goals Plan. (Author)
