Remote Probing Techniques for Inhomogeneous Media,

Abstract

A technique is presented for remote probing a stratified medium using a new spectral domain approach which differs from the conventional time-domain technique. Working in the spectral domain has the advantage that the probing can be carried out at a single frequency only; hence, there is no difficulty in dealing with a dispersive medium. (Author)
