Methodology for Determining Presence of 'Cl. perfringens' in Food Products,

Abstract

A method for determining the presence of Clostridium perfringens in food products. A general-purpose medium was used, since others, used in other countries, are not reliable and some components are not available in the USSR. Results were satisfactory and the method is fast and inexpensive.
