Apparatus for the High-Speed Measurement of the Thermoelectrical Parameters of Semiconductor Materials in the 150-500K Range,

Abstract

A method for the rapid determination of thermal conductivity over a wide temperature range proposed by Ye. S. Platunov is used in developing a device for the simultaneous determination of the coefficient of thermoelectromotive force, specific electroconductivity, and thermal conductivity.
