A Demographic Methodology to Select Survey Sites for Conducting Population Subgroup Analyses.

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to present a procedural methodology for evaluating and selecting appropriate survey sites, based on socioeconomic factors. It is demonstrated through the selection of three census tracts, representing low, middle, and high incomes, as survey sites for conducting population subgroup analysis relative to the black population of a particular age group in Baltimore City.
