Deep Submergence Vehicle Engineering Research at the University of Massachusetts.

Abstract

Research has been in progress since 1967 on various aspects of deep submergence vehicle engineering at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. This report is a summary of accomplishments resulting from that research. Also described is the UMass Ocean Engineering Program, which was concomitant development of the research endeavors in DSV technology. (Author)
