Abstract
The objectives of this study consisted of three stipulated tasks. These tasks were: (1) to conduct and document a thorough, comprehensive review of existing literature which addresses itself to implementation and evaluation of on-line data management systems; (2a) to analyze methods currently in existence within the Air Force Human Resources Laboratory (AFHRL) for processing management and planning information; and (2b) to analyze the information needs of a designated subset within the AFHRL; (3a) to develop implementation and evaluation strategies; (3b) to demonstrate and evaluate the feasibility of the strategies and techniques developed.
